- You must provide accurate information when registering
- One account per user — do not share accounts
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use BidhyaAI to cheat in exams or assessments
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
- Upload harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
- Share your account with others
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without permission
5. AI-Generated Content
BidhyaAI uses artificial intelligence to generate educational content. While we strive for accuracy, AI responses may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important information with your teacher or textbook. BidhyaAI is a learning aid, not a replacement for qualified teachers.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription
- Payments are processed securely — we do not store card details
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase
- Subscription pricing may change with 30 days notice
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of Liability
